TVS iQube now priced at Rs 1.21 lakh

TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, is set to deliver 1000 units of its electric scooter, the TVS iQube, in just 10 days across 10 cities in the country. The announcement comes as the company has recently revised the prices for the iQube, which now starts at Rs 1.21 lakh (approximately USD 1,640).

According to a report by Zee News India, the iQube electric scooter has been well-received by customers in the country, and TVS is keen to expand its reach. The company has reportedly received a large number of enquiries and bookings for the iQube, which has prompted the decision to deliver 1000 units in just 10 days.

The iQube electric scooter comes with a 4.4 kW electric motor, which can propel the scooter to a top speed of 78 km/h. The scooter is equipped with a 3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which can be charged using a standard 5A socket. The battery can be fully charged in about five hours, and provides a range of up to 75 km on a single charge.

The TVS iQube is also equipped with a host of features, including a digital instrument console, LED lighting, and smartphone connectivity via an app. The app provides riders with information about the scooter’s battery status, range, and charging time, as well as allowing them to locate charging stations.
