India Bike Week 2022 in Goa: Dates announced

Following the massive success of last year, the country’s largest biking enthusiast event – India Bike Week is all set to make its return later in December of this year. One of the biggest motorcycle events in Asia, India Bike Week, 2022 will be held in the serene location of Goa. The official dates for the events have been announced for December 2 and 3 this year. Additionally, this year India Bike Week will be celebrated in collaboration with motorcycle engine oil manufacturer Petronas Sprinta.

Commenting on the announcement of India Bike Week 2022, Martin da Costa, CEO of 70 EMG and Festival Director said, “In the 8th edition, IBW is larger than ever. What’s completely new about this edition are the 5 racing tracks for our biker friends at IBW – Adventure Flow Track, Flat Track, MX Dirt Dash, The Mud Rush, and the Enduro Hill Climb. It really will be a Ride, Party, Race for all of us Goa this year”

For the enthusiasts who share a passion for two wheels, India Bike Week has selected the theme of “Come Home to the Wild.” this year. According to the event organisers the “Ride to IBW” will begin with a ride to Goa and then merge into a number of activities, including five separate racetracks, wheelie training, the Ring of Fire, the Biker’s Mart (Indoor & Outdoor Expo), and the RevMoto Stage.

Furthermore Big Trip sessions, IBW Previously Loved Garage, IBW Surf Day, IBW Collector’s Showcase, the Club Village, and Jameson’s Howling Dog Bar are additional events that will be on the schedule this year. With their Rides to IBW Goa, Secret Trails and Hideaway Rides inside Goa, after parties, and brunches, IBW will all be a part of IBW 2022 to cheer up the motoring community of the nation present at the event.

On the official website, early bird reservations have started and will be available until October 16. Individual cyclists must pay Rs 2,300 to enter under the early bird category, while biking clubs with more than 25 riders must pay Rs 2,600 per person. The day admission would cost Rs 1,900 after the early bird discount period, while the weekend pass would cost Rs 2,600 (without the festival kit) and Rs 2,800. (with the festival kit). The sale for these passes will commence from October 17 and will be available till November 20.

India Bike Week 2022 organizers also announced that the Single Pass in the IBW festival kit will include an IBW T-shirt, sipper and decals. Meanwhile, the Club Pass for the event will include a custom IBW T-shirt with the club logo, sipper, decals, keychain, badge, special club tent at the festival, and a slot at the club parade along with stage time as well.

Held on December 4th and 5th in Pune’s picturesque Aamby Valley, last year’s IBW was a huge success. The most magnificent and gorgeous bikes the country has to offer were on display for the almost 10,000 motorheads who attended the event. This event featured the newest and most distinctive products from a variety of OEMs and local makers. At the event, manufacturers including Hero Motorcorp, Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, and Honda displayed their newest products in their specially constructed booths.
